Description
Step aboard Free Spirit, a charming 42ft cruiser stern narrowboat built in 1997 by John White and fitted out by Triton.
On board, the boat offers comfortable accommodation for two with a double bed in the master bedroom, ample storage including an electrical cupboard with a hanging rail, a shoe cupboard, and a radiator for added warmth.
The bathroom includes a cassette toilet, shower with curtain, sink with vanity unit, and a four-drawer storage unit.
The galley is well-equipped with a 4-burner hob, separate oven and grill, 12v fridge, microwave, and even a built-in wine rack. There’s generous storage both above and below the counter. Opposite the sink, a side hatch adds light and ventilation to the space.
The lounge provides a relaxing retreat with two reclining armchairs, a TV unit, ottoman box, and an Arden multi-fuel stove for cosy evenings aboard. Power is supplied by a 240v shoreline, 12v internal system, and a solar panel. Three new leisure batteries (May 2025) and a galvanic isolator are also included for peace of mind.
Heating and hot water are provided via a Webasto system serving two radiators, engine, immersion, and calorifier. Two 13kg gas bottles supply the galley appliances.
A new set of pram and cratch covers being fitted in August 2025, supplied by Harris Hoods and already paid for, will be included in the sale.
